- BS degree in Business Communications or related area preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of Product Ownership experience
- Experience within the Financial/Human Resource industry is a plus
- Preferred knowledge in basic data analysis public speaking agile methodologies SDLC

Day to day
- Directs the work related to the analysis, development, and testing resources for agile teams
- Creates shared understanding of solution requirements through user flows, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts
- Responsible for the definition and prioritization of work in the Product backlog and determining market release times
- Collaborates with Product Manager to formulate strategies to maximize revenue and minimize risk
- Maintains ongoing relationships with stakeholders and conducts research to make informed decisions
