Requirements
- 8+ years in a Business Analyst or Technical Product role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business operational and financial processes
- Experience in CPG Manufacturing Wholesale or Retail industries
- DTC and eCommerce experience is a plus
- 4+ years of hands-on D365 implementation experience
- Proven success configuring implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience supporting D365 in BAU including stabilization and ongoing support
- Experience leading post-go-live optimization and multi-phase rollouts
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to define a strategic vision and product roadmap
- Experience leading at least one ERP migration project preferably QuickBooks to D365
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment

Day to day
- Lead day-to-day BAU operations for D365 F&O, partnering with the system administrator to maintain stability, triage issues, and protect business continuity.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and integrated third-party solutions, aligning delivery with operational and financial goals.
- Drive future implementation phases by scoping, prioritizing, and rolling out new modules and enhancements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Translate stakeholder needs into practical system solutions, support change management, and strengthen user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
