Requirements

Generate stories and acceptance criteria for the feature backlog
Conduct story refinement/grooming sessions
Define value for product deliverables
Understand product strategy and product scope
Order items in backlog based on priority
Lead design sprints
Accept or reject delivered work
Communicate updates to managers & stakeholders
Work on cross-team dependencies
Participate in daily scrum meetings, project status meetings, and sprint planning
Prioritize business and customer requests for release planning
Develop product expertise
Understand the target market and user base
Recommend additional products and capabilities
Triage and resolve product issues

Nice to have

Agile Scaled Agile or Scrum experience
SaaS solutions experience
User troubleshooting training and education

Day to day

Lead our billing team in developing the RCM functionality for Net Health's specialized Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and analytics technology
Schedule and lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes and advance projects
Manage daily project goals and product schedules, adjusting expectations and setting priorities
