Who you are
- Generate stories and acceptance criteria for the feature backlog
- Conduct story refinement/grooming sessions
- Define value for product deliverables
- Understand product strategy and product scope
- Order items in backlog based on priority
- Lead design sprints
- Accept or reject delivered work
- Communicate updates to managers & stakeholders
- Work on cross-team dependencies
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, project status meetings, and sprint planning
- Prioritize business and customer requests for release planning
- Develop product expertise
- Understand the target market and user base
- Recommend additional products and capabilities
- Triage and resolve product issues
Desirables
- Agile Scaled Agile or Scrum experience
- SaaS solutions experience
- User troubleshooting training and education
What the job involves
- Lead our billing team in developing the RCM functionality for Net Health's specialized Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and analytics technology
- Schedule and lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes and advance projects
- Manage daily project goals and product schedules, adjusting expectations and setting priorities
