Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Experience creating prioritizing and accepting user stories
- Experience writing clear and concise acceptance criteria
- Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem solver with ability to motivate and lead the scrum team

Day to day
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to create refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the scrum team
- Partner with engineering UX customer experience and design teams to drive quality consistency and timely delivery
- Participate in scrum ceremonies workshops troubleshooting and final acceptance testing while removing impediments and managing cross-team priorities
