Over 4 years of experience supporting a healthcare technology organization in a Product Owner role
Must be capable of gathering and documenting requirements, and clearly be able to understand and communicate analysis conducted on the requirements
Understand the technical side of the PDLC and can interact with engineering teams
Have experience getting a project up and running from inception, not only maintenance
Have strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Have a passion and aptitude to learn
You are a self-starter and enjoy autonomous work
Have experience working with a large team and navigating internal relationships
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, supporting internal and external business partners
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Desirables
Payer or provider experience
Experience working with APIs and technical integrations,EX/UI, and AWS
Product Owner certification
Experience leading an Agile scrum team
Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
Experience with AWS

The Product Owner III will be responsible for a scrum team supporting an expanding product line that will connect partners and edit capabilities through our Payment Accuracy platform
They will actively manage the product development and quality assurance activities utilizing Agile and scrum methodologies
They will ensure that the solutions developed are scalable and meet the needs of various stakeholders across different channels
