Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Over 4 years of experience supporting a healthcare technology organization in a Product Owner role
  • Must be capable of gathering and documenting requirements, and clearly be able to understand and communicate analysis conducted on the requirements
  • Understand the technical side of the PDLC and can interact with engineering teams
  • Have experience getting a project up and running from inception, not only maintenance
  • Have strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Have a passion and aptitude to learn
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy autonomous work
  • Have experience working with a large team and navigating internal relationships
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, supporting internal and external business partners
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

Desirables

  • Payer or provider experience
  • Experience working with APIs and technical integrations,EX/UI, and AWS
  • Product Owner certification
  • Experience leading an Agile scrum team
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with AWS



What the job involves

  • The Product Owner III will be responsible for a scrum team supporting an expanding product line that will connect partners and edit capabilities through our Payment Accuracy platform
  • They will actively manage the product development and quality assurance activities utilizing Agile and scrum methodologies
  • They will ensure that the solutions developed are scalable and meet the needs of various stakeholders across different channels
