Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations underwriting product ownership product management or business analysis
- Strong ability to write clear detailed business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience using Jira or similar work management tools to manage product backlogs stories and sprint activities
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product and process solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing stakeholder needs and make effective tradeoff decisions based on value risk and delivery constraints
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Scrum environments
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-informed decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Day to day
- Serve as the key link between business and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and product features
