Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner Project Manager Business Analyst or customer-facing product role
- Experience writing structured functional specifications business rules edge cases and acceptance criteria
- Track record of conducting customer research and translating findings into product decisions
- Experience writing help articles release notes or equivalent documentation
- Familiarity with Jira or similar product management tooling
- Curiosity about using AI tools for analysis synthesis and product discovery
- Experience creating wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes

Day to day
- Translate customer insight and business strategy into clear actionable product work for engineering teams
- Break epics into well-specified issues for features improvements defects and hotfixes
- Lead discovery validation and customer research to ground product decisions in real customer need
- Work closely with engineers stakeholders and customer experience to resolve ambiguity manage trade-offs and produce release notes and help content
