Requirements
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering user stories and backlog grooming
- 1+ year of experience working as a Product Owner or PO by Proxy in a complex environment
- 3+ years working in an agile environment with a strong agile mindset
- Scrum certification like CSM or CSPO preferred
- Self-starter focused on people and building relationships
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Prior experience working as a business analyst preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be located within commuting distance of Tampa for occasional office visits
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Day to day
- Function as a Product Owner Business Analyst and Proxy PO to guide product responsibilities and support delivery teams.
- Collaborate with product teams stakeholders BAs and testers to clarify features decompose epics and shape user stories for development approval.
- Lead backlog refinement and assist with prioritization sequencing organization and user acceptance testing while building strong team relationships.
