Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management Business Analysis or related roles preferably in insurance technology
- Strong understanding of insurance underwriting rating methodologies and policy lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile frameworks Scrum SAFe Kanban
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps JIRA Confluence Visio or similar tools
- Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivering solutions end-to-end
- Familiarity with integrations APIs and data flows
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement Lean Six Sigma etc.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Day to day
- Lead the evolution of underwriting and rating platforms for Personal Lines with a strategic and execution-focused mindset.
- Define product vision roadmap and priorities while partnering with underwriting leadership and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
