- Defining goals and outcomes for development projects
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met
- Creating operational improvements aligned to feedback
- Managing product and sprint backlogs
- Conducting Retrospectives, Reviews, and Sprint Planning
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the product
- Overseeing development sprint cycles
- Presenting analytics around product KPIs
