Requirements
- 2+ years experience at a high-growth tech company or finance-related field such as proptech payments crypto or insurance
- 2+ years proven success leading consumer-facing products
- 1+ year managing cross-functional teams including Engineering Operations and Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices
- Comfort discussing technical topics with engineering teams and platform users
- Strong analytical skills and business sense for prioritization based on impact and ROI
- Experience driving product vision and communicating clearly with leadership customers and partners
- Hands-on attitude with initiative to tackle major projects directly
- Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Day to day
- Own the product lifecycle from idea to launch and ensure it delivers business value
- Lead cross-functional teams by setting clear goals success metrics and a roadmap aligned to company mission
- Collaborate daily with Design Engineering Marketing Legal and Strategy to turn product vision into reality
- Use data market research and strategic thinking to prioritize initiatives that drive growth and improve processes
- Solve new challenges across different domains while continuously improving the product and delivery process
