Requirements
- 7–10 years in a Product Owner Business Analyst or technology program leadership role
- Required experience leading enterprise software evaluations and implementations including CRM or ERP transitions
- Proven track record managing external development vendors or technology partners with direct accountability for technical delivery
- Strong enterprise software experience in complex multi-system environments
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and iterative development teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture and integration patterns
- Ability to evaluate technical specifications vendor proposals and development estimates
- Skilled at authoring functional requirements and technical specifications
- Proficiency with Jira or equivalent project management and product tools
- Strong analytical instincts to assess systems identify gaps and recommend solutions
- AWS experience preferred
- Exceptional communication across executive stakeholders and development teams
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Direct and decisive in trade-off decisions and escalation
- Nimble adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity

Day to day
- Lead the technology transformation from a custom CRM to modern enterprise platforms that can scale with growth.
- Define product vision and technical requirements while translating business needs into clear implementation plans.
