- 3–5 years experience in a dual Product Owner / Business Analyst role
- Experience within EdTech or SaaS
- Strong data analysis market understanding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
- Ability to mentor team members on client business logic
- Flexible hours for global collaboration and client support
- Deep technical literacy with senior stakeholder and engineering communication
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies Jira Confluence and wireframing tools

Day to day
- Serve as the bridge between client vision and global technical execution, translating business needs into clear delivery direction.
- Own client accounts with confidence, managing stakeholders, expectations, and account success across complex environments.
- Lead product ownership activities including backlog prioritization, user stories, flowcharts, specifications, sprint demos, and UAT support.
