Requirements
- 5+ years of direct Product Owner or similar experience
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile product delivery
- Proven success writing clear detailed user stories and functional specs
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Highly organized and proactive with strong follow-through
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving or startup environments
- Familiarity with Jira Confluence and Figma preferred

Day to day
- Translate business strategy into actionable development work for engineering and design teams
- Own and prioritize the product backlog while keeping work clear current and actionable
- Write detailed user stories specs acceptance criteria and documentation that remove ambiguity
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress against goals for stakeholders
- Oversee testing validation and iteration using user feedback and performance metrics
