Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Product Owner Senior Business Analyst or equivalent on custom software delivery projects
- Proven ability to write user stories acceptance criteria and manage backlog prioritization in agile Scrum
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool such as Jira
- Direct experience planning and leading User Acceptance Testing with defect management and formal signoff
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability against a contract SOW or regulatory framework
- Experience collaborating with or managing an outsourced or vendor development team
- Strong written communication skills for client-ready reports documentation and stakeholder updates

Day to day
- Own and refine the product backlog across Epic Feature User Story and Task levels in Azure DevOps
- Translate field operations and disaster response needs into clear testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria
- Lead User Acceptance Testing release readiness reviews traceability reporting and vendor coordination to keep delivery on track
