Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of EMA modules that interact with eRx workflows or 2+ years of business analyst/product owner experience with an EMR company
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory bodies and standards including NCPDP Surescripts DEA ONC and Cures Act
- Proven ability to debug complex product issues and collaborate with technical teams on long-term resolutions
- Experience generating metrics and translating data into actionable business insights
- Creative thinking when scoping new capabilities within healthcare technology constraints
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead initiative discussions across departments
- Hybrid environment within Boca Raton FL headquarters preferred

Day to day
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ePrescribing workflows and product functionality, guiding cross-functional teams with clear expertise.
- Partner with Product Management and engineering teams to scope initiatives, resolve complex product issues, and shape valuable enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs and external regulatory changes to keep features effective, compliant, and aligned with customer needs.
