Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated experience working within agile software development methodologies
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools Jira Confluence and Google Suite
- Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across time zones or regions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate technical discussions with engineering teams
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders across functions and directly with customers
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively under changing conditions and competing demands
- Confident contributor willing to voice ideas ask hard questions and push back constructively
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools to improve productivity and output quality

Day to day
- Turn product strategy into shipped software by working closely with engineering teams from concept to launch.
- Define clear business specifications and requirement details that reduce ambiguity and help developers build confidently.
- Manage the backlog, lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate with customers and stakeholders, and support launch materials such as demos, user guides, and release notes.
