Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or regulated environments strongly preferred

Day to day
- Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects to maximize business value and strategic impact
- Write clear user stories with measurable acceptance criteria that guide engineering, QA, and delivery teams in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Collaborate closely with clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and leadership to refine requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver compliant healthcare solutions
