Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management product ownership business systems or a similar role
- Experience working with billing payments invoicing finance systems or other operational platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritize work
- Experience translating complex business needs into clear product requirements for technical teams
- Familiarity with relational databases and an interest in understanding how systems work behind the scenes
- Experience with Jira or similar product management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in logistics marketplaces gig economy platforms or fintech is a plus

Day to day
- Own the roadmap and backlog for internal billing and sender payment platforms, balancing business priorities and technical needs
- Partner with Finance Sales Data Science Operations and Engineering to design and deliver scalable billing and payment solutions
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements user stories and prioritized work for engineering teams
- Drive product decisions by analyzing data identifying opportunities and measuring the impact of new features and improvements
- Build reporting and instrumentation to monitor billing accuracy platform health and operational performance
