Requirements
- 4+ years as Product Owner Business Analyst or hybrid PO/BA
- At least 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle clearinghouse or payer environment
- Hands-on understanding of claims adjudication remittance eligibility verification attachments and payer portal workflows
- Working knowledge of EDI transactions 837 835 275 276/277
- Ability to write detailed user stories acceptance criteria and functional requirements
- Experience facilitating backlog grooming sprint planning and stakeholder reviews in Agile environments
- Strong cross-functional communication and facilitation skills
- Exposure to clearinghouse operations payer strategy or provider-to-payer connectivity solutions preferred

- Own and prioritize the product backlog for healthcare revenue cycle and payer-facing solutions
