Who you are

  • Understand customers’ workflow
  • Map, configure, troubleshoot, and connect analysers to relevant middleware and Winpath LIMS
  • Configure reporting Dashboards and Path manager software
  • Participate in on-call rota for project go-lives support
  • Operate the escalation procedure
  • Work with Project manager on implementation including time management, resource planning, and working with Customer IT representatives
  • Comprehend customers’ requirements as specified in PID and design documents
  • Fully conversant with the functionality of Pathology product discipline
  • Make software change recommendations based on customer feedback
  • Deliver courses for pathology key users
  • Support Pathology team members and build knowledge base
  • Attend team meetings and training courses
  • Respond to reasonable requests from manager or project managers

What the job involves

  • Work on project-based Analyser interfacing with existing Winpath LIMs laboratory installations
  • Carry out project-based activity to satisfy customer and business requirements within Third Party Systems and After Sales Programmes
  • Act in a consultative role with the customer to carry out proactive and reactive based maintenance and configure Clinisys Software to enhance laboratory workflow
