• Guide the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations to innovate and build software
• Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks
• Assist customers from initial demo to active subscription, including procurement, legal, and security processes
• Share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps
• Help customers integrate Aha! software with existing tools
• Share customer feedback internally
• Test new product functionality as needed
• Set an example for newer team members in demos, best practices, and integrations
