Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, engineering fields or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in product support or product implementation
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL Stack including T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
- Develop product knowledge across product lines
- Work in a shifting environment while maintaining standardization and consistency
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or Snowflake is a plus
- Technology certifications are a plus
