Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, engineering fields or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in product support or product implementation
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL Stack including T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
  • Develop product knowledge across product lines
  • Work in a shifting environment while maintaining standardization and consistency
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or Snowflake is a plus
  • Technology certifications are a plus

What the job involves

  • Work within the Product Engineering team to support/implement software via assigned incidents, requests, and changes overseen by technical leadership
  • Learn how to support our products and communicate across different groups at Kodiak Solutions like Product, Engineering
  • Balance and prioritize workload using ticketing systems and leverage documentation for supporting/implementing products
