Who you are

  • 5+ years in Technical Support
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with scripting (Python Bash) and HTML CSS NodeJS ReactJS XML
  • Knowledge of SQL and MongoDB Linux and Unix
  • Familiarity with Dockers Kubernetes and networking technologies
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and network security
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Develop a deep understanding of ever-changing software ecosystems
  • Troubleshoot software issues using various technologies and methods
  • Install and configure platforms and underlying components to identify issues
  • Participate in a rotating 'on call' schedule for 24/7 support
  • Contribute to product documentation and platform development
