Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering technical enterprise software training in a corporate or organisational setting
- Strong skills in content authoring tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including SMEs, instructional designers, and technical experts
Nice to have
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with life sciences products/processes
- Experience with technical cloud-based solutions
- Certifications in instructional design or technical writing
Day to day
- Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content for technical and non-technical CARA platform users.
- Deliver virtual and on-site training sessions globally, ensuring engaging and clear communication.
- Design and implement quizzes, labs, and assessments to evaluate learner proficiency, with continuous updates reflecting new processes and technology.
