Requirements
- Strong ability to consider the impact of design decisions on the overall product experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in English to clearly articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively in a remote cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment
- Capable of challenging assumptions and validating understanding to ensure accurate and effective design solutions
- Deep desire to understand customers and an appetite to understand what customers want
Day to day
- Conduct user research and create wireframes to guide product development
- Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into detailed feature specifications
- Work alongside copywriters designers and developers to ensure that specifications are implemented accurately and effectively
- Build a deep understanding of our products to provide valuable insights and ensure the user experience is consistent across platforms
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation that accurately reflects the intended functionality of our products
