Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting production applications and infrastructure
  • Strong root cause analysis and log diagnostics skills
  • SQL querying and database management experience, primarily SQL Server
  • Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible
  • Understanding of networking concepts and web technologies including APIs HTTP and DNS
  • Administration of Windows and Linux systems via command line
  • Experience with system monitoring alerting and incident response workflows
  • Ability to manage cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure

Day to day

  • Troubleshoot and resolve business-critical production application issues with speed and accuracy.
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis through log review incident investigation and post-mortem follow-up.
  • Support monthly maintenance windows monitoring escalation workflows and reliability improvements across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Develop automation and infrastructure changes to improve scalability security performance and operational efficiency.
