• Proven experience in software implementation, preferably with Tackle Software or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Cloud Hyper Scalers (AWS, GCP, MSFT)
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

What the job involves

• Lead the implementation of Tackle Software for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and gather client requirements to tailor solutions for customer GTM Strategy
• Provide expert consultation and support during all phases of the software implementation lifecycle
• Develop and deliver customized training sessions and documentation for end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tackle Software and Cloud Providers
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine service offerings and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tackle Software features, updates, and industry best practices around GTM with AWS, GCP, MSFT
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support
• Generate and present detailed reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders
