Day to day
- Serve as the onsite leader and trusted representative of the migration program during planning and cutover events.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders leadership teams and end users through proactive communication and readiness planning.
- Lead migration activities including user cutovers device deployments hypercare coordination and cross-workstream delivery.
