Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management business administration engineering or a related field
- PMP certification
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive program management experience in a government services or defense contracting environment
- Understanding of DoD FAR DFARS regulatory environment and contract types including cost-plus time and materials and fixed-price structures
- Proficiency with Office 365 Microsoft Project Visio and Power BI
- Strong financial literacy and ability to perform program financial variance analyses
- Ability to work with program managers and senior leadership to improve program management best practices
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Day to day
- Oversee and elevate program management practices across the organization to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of PM processes tools training and financial rigor.
- Standardize enterprise PM methodologies templates metrics and automated reporting while partnering across teams to improve compliance and workflow efficiency.
