  • Exposure to Banking-as-a-Service payments or embedded finance programs
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong communication with internal external and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to distill ambiguity into actionable workplans
  • Ability to execute independently while scaling team output
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills
  • Comfort in agile fast-paced environments
  • Experience creating status reports dashboards and executive summaries

Day to day

  • Own the full lifecycle of fintech partner programs from intake through onboarding launch expansion and offboarding

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to track dependencies surface risks and keep programs transparent controlled and exam-ready
