Requirements
- 10+ years leading large complex aerospace or defense programs
- Direct experience with DSP-5 or equivalent export licensing applications
- Deep knowledge of ITAR EAR and U.S. export regulations
- Experience relocating production lines and managing tooling migration
- Experience working with foreign partners joint ventures and cross-cultural teams
- Strong leadership communication and executive stakeholder skills
- Ability to manage multi-year budgets over $200M and critical schedules
- Active Secret Security Clearance

Day to day
- Lead the ATACMS program management team through complex DCS conversion and offshore relocation efforts
- Develop and execute strategy for transitioning the program from FMS to DCS while managing market analysis pricing and customer engagement
- Coordinate export-control licensing tooling transfer and cross-functional governance across government partners suppliers and international teams
