Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Program Management within an enterprise software company or similar
- Experience handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Marketplaces such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Proficient in analytics and reporting to analyze KPI’s, track performance, and recommend improvements
- Familiarity with partner management in the context of indirect sales or managing third-party partnerships & contracts
- Experience working with sales and marketing automation software such as Salesforce.com

Day to day
- As a Program Manager on the GTM Operations team, you will support Go-To-Market Operational and Sales teams by developing solutions that benefit our customers.
- Collaborate with Strategic Partners & Hyperscalers Sales stakeholders to align programs with overall business goals and strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics, streamline processes for sales and partner engagement, and ensure coordination with all stakeholders.
