Requirements
- Proven experience in a Testing Manager QA Manager or Test Lead position
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies principles and best practices
- Experience leading and developing high-performing testing teams
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and modern software delivery practices
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira Azure DevOps TestRail or similar
- Strong understanding of test automation approaches and frameworks
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and modern technology stacks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership

Day to day
- Oversee testing activities across a complex portfolio of technology initiatives and drive delivery excellence.
- Define and deliver programme-level test strategies while managing testing risks and coordinating multiple delivery teams.
- Ensure high-quality releases across the software delivery lifecycle by working closely with technology product and business stakeholders.
