Day to day

  • Support the Project Manager by collecting and processing project status updates from multiple sources such as redlined PDFs email text messages calls and meetings
  • Build maintain and refine project schedules using Microsoft Project Excel Vantagepoint Project Plan and Teams while applying a strong eye for detail
  • Create project summaries variance reports and portfolio-level reporting that help teams track design status billing status KPIs and upcoming deliverables
  • Monitor client document control systems route inquiries and update forms paperwork and records to keep information accurate and moving smoothly
  • Identify scheduling and workflow issues understand root causes and take ownership of resolving problems in a collaborative environment
