Requirements
- Experience managing ERP software implementation projects
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience leading project teams and ensuring project delivery within scope budget and timeline
- Discrete manufacturing industry expertise
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
Nice to have

Day to day
- Oversee multiple ERP implementation projects and keep them aligned with client needs, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead project teams across cross-functional workstreams, coordinating tasks, milestones, and resource plans with steady communication.
- Track financials, forecast revenue, manage risks, and drive corrective actions to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support pre-sales efforts and identify additional service opportunities while reporting progress clearly to clients and internal leaders.
