Requirements

  • Experience leading project teams and ensuring project delivery within scope budget and timeline
  • Discrete manufacturing industry expertise
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Day to day

  • Oversee multiple ERP implementation projects from planning through delivery, keeping scope timeline and budget tightly controlled
  • Lead project teams across functions and coordinate stakeholders to drive milestones resolve issues and maintain alignment with client goals
  • Monitor financials resource scheduling revenue forecasting and risks while providing clear status updates and corrective actions when needed
  • Support pre-sales efforts and identify expansion opportunities within active projects to strengthen client value and business outcomes
