Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or related field
- Advanced degree is an asset
- 8-10+ years in software implementation with leadership of enterprise-scale or multi-phase projects
- Experience with Police Records Management Systems RMS especially Versaterm RMS strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of implementation lifecycle system configuration and public safety or government technology environments
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous high-stakes delivery environments
- Exceptional communication executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Track record of process improvement methodology innovation or delivery excellence
- Ability to travel to client sites as required

Day to day
- Lead complex implementation projects end to end across multiple clients or phases
- Define delivery frameworks client engagement strategies and deployment approaches for advanced non-standard implementations
- Serve as senior relationship owner guiding executive stakeholders and resolving difficult technical and functional challenges
