Requirements
- Approximately five or more years of project management experience in software IT or technical environments
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate technical teams without needing deep technical expertise
- Solid understanding of IT systems and integrations
- Comfort working in an international environment across US and European teams

Day to day
- Lead end to end delivery of customer implementation projects for airport and airline announcement systems
- Plan timelines milestones and resource allocation to keep complex projects on track
- Coordinate airports airlines integrators IT teams and internal experts while building scalable delivery processes in North America
- Manage customer relationships during onboarding and ensure smooth adoption after deployment
- Guide a small US based technical and project management team and support its growth
