Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Direct customer-facing implementation delivery experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions

Day to day

  • Manage end-to-end new business implementations after verbal award while maintaining clear communication and customer expectations

  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions manage change control and support smooth go-live transition to operations
