Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end new business implementations after verbal award and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project
  • Translate business requirements into scalable designs and drive disciplined change control across the full project lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales Solutions Operations and IT to validate scope test SOPs and ensure a smooth go-live transition
