Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud ERP projects
  • Proven success delivering Oracle Cloud implementations or large-scale enhancements
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle
  • Knowledge of testing phases data migration and integration touchpoints
  • Experience with project tools such as JIRA MS Project Smartsheet or similar
  • Strong leadership communication stakeholder management and risk management skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Working knowledge of ERP testing or automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field

Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and enhancements, coordinating planning requirements testing cutover and go-live activities.
  • Work closely with clients Oracle consultants QA and internal teams to align timelines resolve blockers and keep delivery on track.
  • Own project governance by managing scope schedules budgets RAID logs status reporting and stakeholder communications for high-visibility ERP programs.
