Day to day

Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines while tracking dependencies risks and on-time completion
Lead client calls build trusted relationships with banking stakeholders and handle difficult conversations with confidence
Coordinate cross-functional teams translate technical requirements and jump in with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed
Document solutions identify process improvements and escalate strategically to unblock critical issues
