Requirements
- Manage the Integration project according to Change Management Framework
- Define project scope, outputs, timescale, quality, cost, and benefits
- Establish and manage project structure, roles, and teams
- Produce RAID logs and manage mitigation activities
- Work with Information Technology/vendors to achieve technology outcomes
- Create and communicate project documents effectively
- Liaise with and manage design transformation resources

- Help drive forward the delivery of an integration project
- Engage in conversation with senior stakeholders
