Who you are

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and change management, preferably in the home automation industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Project Management, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP), Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred

What the job involves

• Support leading business transformation activities, organize and lead design thinking workshops, field pilots, and network wide scale-out
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies
• Gather and analyze data, predict outcomes, build business cases and create and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
