What the job involves

• Steer customer implementation projects to a successful conclusion, ensuring team collaboration and a unified customer experience
• Actively contribute to the Professional Services department by considering end-user needs and helping maintain high product usage and engagement
• Coordinate and present workshops, create project plans, manage changes and deliver customer training
• Manage customer expectations, project governance, status reporting and work closely with internal teams to ensure project success
