Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of Assoc. PM or PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
  • Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects
  • Coordinate withFinance, Account Management and Production to track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses
  • Review and assess weekly financial reports
  • Participate in internal financial billing meetings
  • Master and manage escalation processes
  • Manage and mentor junior team of 1–3 Associate PMs where applicable

Day to day

  • Prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
  • Manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
  • Uphold quality control standards to ensure milestone approval from cross-agency departments and general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle
