What the job involves
Provide tactical support in the management of all activities with internal teams agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product
Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget according to internal processes and industry best practices
Prepare and own timeline budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
Manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
Uphold quality control standards to ensure milestone approval from cross-agency departments and general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle
Lead and manage daily hot sheet reports issues tracker
Work with team to initiate new jobs within the agency
Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance Account Management and Production
Review and assess weekly financial reports
Participate in internal financial billing meetings
Ensure quality control of all end product
Make recommendations based on industry best practices
Master and manage escalation processes
Manage and mentor junior team of 1-3 Associate PMs (where applicable)
