Requirements

  • 5+ years of ERP implementation project management experience
  • Experience delivering Sage Intacct NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics or Workday Financials projects
  • Experience managing projects with budgets from GBP/EUR 50,000 to 500,000
  • Multi-workstream delivery experience
  • Executive stakeholder management experience
  • Commercial ownership including budget management scope control and change management
  • Confident using project delivery tooling such as Smartsheet Teamwork or equivalent
  • Self-directed and able to manage a portfolio and escalate when needed

Nice to have

  • Sage Intacct delivery experience
  • Professional services environment
  • SaaS implementation environment
  • Multi-entity finance systems exposure
  • PRINCE2 qualification
  • PMP qualification

Day to day

  • Take full ownership of Sage Intacct ERP implementation projects from contract signature through to Hypercare completion
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across projects ranging from 50 to 500+ consulting hours with strong governance and clear reporting
  • Manage stakeholders, budgets, scope, consultants, UAT, and go-live readiness while protecting margin and delivery quality
