Day to day
- Lead the implementation and rollout of CLM software for customers. Manage customer expectations, direct internal and external project teams, and ensure successful project milestone delivery. Oversee training and user adoption programs to ensure smooth transition to the new CLM system.
- Identify and mitigate risks, providing regular project progress updates.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate virtual collaboration between globally distributed stakeholders.
